Garantía de cubierta compuesta

Please note that installation of Senrui WPC® Composite Deck products denotes acceptance and agreement of Senrui WPC® warranty terms & conditions.

1. Cualquier reclamo debe hacerse por escrito dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la detección.

2. Senrui WPC® warrants to the original purchaser that Senrui WPC® Composite Decking conforms to Senrui WPC® standards and specifications and is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will remain free from such defects for [15] years residential use from date of purchase and ten [10] years commercial use.

3. Senrui WPC® warrants to original purchaser of any & all Senrui WPC® Composite Decking products that structural damage caused by rot, splitting, termites, and fungal decay will not occur for [15] years, beginning on the date that the product was purchased and continuing until this period has elapsed, or until the property on which the Senrui WPC® Composite Decking product was originally installed has transferred ownership.

4. La garantía solo se aplica cuando el material se usa en condiciones normales de tráfico de pies residenciales/comerciales ligeros.

5. La cubierta debe ser instalada por las instrucciones de instalación escrita Senrui WPC® o las instrucciones de instalación de video Senrui WPC®, las cuales están disponibles en la pestaña Recursos en Senrui WPC.com.

6. Regular maintenance, as described inSenrui WPC® Decking Maintenance & Repair Guidelines  must be . Damage caused by unapproved cleaners or chemicals is not covered under this warranty.

7 . Senrui WPC®, as with other composite decks, is subject to seasonal expansion and contraction. This is a normal occurrence and not considered a defect.

8. Daño causado por muebles, electrodomésticos, artículos con ruedas o artículos que drogadican en la cara de los materiales están cubiertos por esta garantía.

9. Daño causado por incendios, inundaciones, otros desastres naturales, actos de Dios, envío, construcción o daño relacionado con la instalación no está cubierto por esta garantía.

10. Negligencia, erosión, drenaje inadecuado, asentamiento o movimiento de la estructura a la que se instalan la cubierta esta garantía.

11. Calidad del producto, defectos en el material o errores que no exceden el 5% del material no están cubiertos por esta garantía.

12. Senrui WPC® will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the full purchase price of the defective material. Labor is not included or covered under this warranty.

13. In no event will Senrui WPC®’s liability exceed the cost of replacement of the defective product or the refund of the original purchase price.

14. Esta garantía es transferible una vez, dentro de los cinco [5] años posteriores a la fecha de compra original. El registro de la garantía se requiere dentro de los treinta [30] días después de la compra del material.

No registrarse en este plazo anulará esta garantía.
